Yes, depending on when you cancel your reservation. Here are the details you need to know: - If you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled starting date of the rental, you will be refunded the amount of the rental, minus US$50 which is the cancellation costs. - If you cancel 29 to 15 days before the scheduled starting date of the rental, you will be repaid the amount of the rental, minus 10% of the total amount of the reservation, and in any event not less than US$50 which corresponds to the cancellation costs - If you cancel 14 to 3 days before the scheduled starting date of the rental, you shall be reimbursed the amount of the rental, minus 20% of the total amount of the reservation, and in any event not less than US$50 which corresponds to the cancellation costs. - Please note that the car rental will not be refunded after a cancelation made less than 2 days before the scheduled starting date of the rental, or if the customer does not rent the vehicle on the date of reservation

Yes, you can either extend or shorten your rent but under certain conditions to follow.

If you have given back the car earlier than planned, the refund will be made by check within 30 days after you’ve returned the car.

The rental has a limited period specified in the contract. if you want to make changes, here are some useful information to take into account. - For a car rental extension: You must first ask permission from the agency. If accepted by Europcar, you may change the length of your rent. You will be charged at the time your rent is extended. Please remember that in case of damage, you are liable if the car is kept longer than said on your contract. If you keep the car and Europcar has not consented in extending your lease, our insurance and guarantees will not cover you. - For early returns: the rental price will be recalculated according to the number of days the car was actually used and if you have subscribed to any additional options. The refund will be calculated based on the difference between the amount the customer has paid at the beginning of rent and the amount of the actual rental. Please note that a 30% penalty will be retained on the difference. In case of prepayment, returning your car before the end of the contract will not be refunded.
