Cancellation and Changes

The client can cancel his reservation under the following conditions:

For cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled start of the rental period, the renter will receive a full refund. For any cancellation requested less than 30 days before, the amount of the reservation paid will be refunded minus a minus cancellation fee of US$50.

• For cancellations made between 20 and 29 days before the scheduled rental date, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the amount paid in advance, and the fee shall be not be less than US$50

• For cancellations made between 14 and 3 days prior to the scheduled rental date, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the amount paid in advance, and the fee shall be not be less than US$50

• No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled rental date or if the renter does not rent the vehicle on the date booked and has failed to inform the booking agent in writing in advance.

We offer a "Cancellation Insurance" option for USD 30 per booking which guarantees the refund of the total amount prepaid in case of cancellation until 24 hours prior.
